You don't say if you perspired while sitting in the warm sunlight. We deplete our supply of Potassium and magnesium much sooner than "normal" people. Next time, try soaking in a tub with 1 cup of Epsom Salts. We can actually absorb the magnesium from the salts and feel better. It will/can also prevent cramps and spasms.
I also take Apis Melifica sometimes for the pain. I hate to take anymore chemicals or drugs - sigh - seems that's all the doctors know how to prescribe.
Hi AO111.
You're probably looking at the wrong places.
I can find a link between fatigue, wide spread pain, sunlight/heat or temperature intolerance, even depression/anxiety with fibromyalgia,
however, it's very likely it's not going to help you in your quest for better health and wellness.
You need to connect the dots-I looked at your profile-from your childhood years on.
Traumatic events, during those childhood years and perhaps later in life as well- still in memory in your subconscious (some you may not even be aware of) and in your cells-, are where most of your physical, emotional and mental issues are rooted.
Consider it something like PTSD. I have experience with enough similar cases and I find that the trauma from such events has to be cleared and healed completely and only then a return to balanced state of health may be achieved.
I read that you're a 4th year psych student. Look into Energy Psychology,
which along with Hypnotherapy, have produced extraordinary results compared to traditional therapy.
Within 5-6 sessions in most cases, I have facilitated healing of various aspects of clients' lives, with permanent results in the majority of those cases, using Energy Psychology and Hypnotherapy.
So, please look into my suggestion seriously, as it may hold great promise for significant improvement and/or cure, unlike the conventional approach,
which addresses mainly symptom management by prescription medications.
Note that this is not intended as a substitute for medical advice.
Wishing you well.
Niko
