Itch... itch

(Posted on another forum first - thought some of you might get something from this.)

Dandruff & facial flakiness (suspected seborrhea)

I have noticed that my scalp and eyebrows get flaky when I'm feeling really bad.  I'm not sure if this is b/c I can't take as good care of myself or if it has something to do with the illness itself.  If it is seborrhea it doesn't seem to increase with stress, at least not yet.

Does anyone else have issues with this or something similar?

My scalp can get so tender I can't take water on it from the shower for more than a few seconds (either one side or small areas about the size of a golfball).

Suggestions so far:
*T-Gel, and
*RX cream

Thanks Nik.  I will see how much of this I can do but my budget doesn't allow for a lot of this :(

I will print it for when things get back on track $-wise.

Hi Buffy.
Discontinue using commercial shampoos and soaps. Use soap nuts
or egg shampoo (blend gently 1 egg, 1T olive oil,1T lime juice and a few drops of Frankincense essential oil)
Do not use chlorinated water- install a water filter.
Do not use hot water-only lukewarm
Rinse (final rinse) with a solution of distilled or filtered water and organic apple cider vinegar-with the mother, not filtered!
Use right away-don't keep for long.
Prior to shampooing use aloe vera leaf gel to massage your scalp and leave on for 30 minutes.
As a conditioner use a Tablespoon of coconut oil with some warm water
and rub onto your scalp. Do not rinse it!
Also consuming Extra Virgin Coconut Oil will help control any fungal agents as EVCO is one of the greatest anti-fungal remedies.
Check for zinc deficiencies and inadequate Sun exposure.
I have been through all this personally!
Hidden stress is a bigger problem than regular stress It is like an invisible enemy. Why take chances, do EFT many times a day! Free online download-do a search.
Do Praynama conscious deep breathing 5-10 minutes each time, multiple times daily.
Consume wholesome fresh foods, avoiding sugars, flour, grains, junk food,
fried foods, fast foods, prepared foods, foods with additives, vegetable oils,
multi-ingredient packaged foods etc.
Following the above WILL make a big difference!
Hope this helps.
