Don't be sad. Just not sure if I want another child. I am not Rh Neg. Thank goodness.
Thanks for all the help. I will try to get out tonight if we don't get the storms they have been hollering that they say we will.
Whoops - I just realized that acupuncture uses needles. But to be honest with you, when I had acupuncture treatments done... I could barely feel the needles. Its just a little ***** and that's it.
"I am sad to say that if I do get pregnant again I will not get one."
Let's just hope your blood type isn't Rh Neg ; ^ ) If that is the case, you may not want to get pregnant again.
I used to hate needles. Unfortunately I'm so used to them by now, they no longer bother me.
Definitely buy powered or liquid form as they absorb much easier than the capsules and this is especially important with the vitamin B 12.
Let us know if you see any improvements. I know Dr. Lapp mentioned other therapies such as acupuncture, etc. and I know this has also helped me in the past.
Good luck !
I am so glad you didn't say that I need the injections because, I don't think I will ever get better if I need injections. I won't get them. I barely allowed an epidural when I was in labor with my daughter. I am sad to say that if I do get pregnant again I will not get one. I hate needles.
Good luck with this treatment plan. Be sure to mention it to your physician (hey.... at least this way your physician will see that there are treatments for CFS)
I pulled up Dr. Lapp's treatment plan and for vitamins and supplements (only), he recommends:
B12 * the injections and/or liquid drops are the best. I purchase my drops at Walgreens and I think I pay only $10*
COQ10 --- Walgreens often has a buy one get one free sale on this product
magnesium sulfate injections (I don't get the injections... instead I purchase powered magnesium which absorbs easier and mix it in my drinking water)
DHEA

I am going to try the Dr. Lapp treatment. It is the only one that I understood.
Which treatment plan are you following and what are the recommended supplements ? I know two right off the bat that are very helpful to me are vitamin B 12 (liquid drops) and magnesium.
