Now if we could just get Dr. Nicolson to clone himself, have his clones move to cities near us, and become a qualified physician under our health plans! :-)

Wow... I just saw this ! You guys are soooo welcome !

And just so you know, Dr. Nicolson will be answering additional questions that are still there in his other thread. As soon as I hear from everyone, I will e-mail him the questions and post his responses. It makes sense because the threads can be a mess... but I will clean them up and I've already posted the link to his first Q & A session in the Health Pages (look to your right), so if you ever need to find that discussion, you will know where to look !

I agree. Thanks to PlateletGal!! Not sure how many questions were sent to her, but we should also realize that perhaps all of our questions will not be answered. Hopefully we can all take something from the answers that Dr. Nicholson does provide.
