Do Dr. Coca's pulse test for a week and then adjust your diet accordingly.
During this test Include in your diet organic unfiltered raw AVC 2T each morning in a glass of water. Expect detox symptoms for a few days.
Apply coconut oil over your skin till well absorbed and then get dressed.
Also replace ALL cooking oils with extra virgin coconut oil. It is the only oil that does NOT cause inflammation when heated! Also has antifungal, antibiotic, antiviral and anti-parasitic properties. Start with 2T daily and build up to 4T in 2 weeks.
