Fibromyalgia and CFS are very difficult conditions to diagnose because doctors have to rule out many other conditions before making a proper diagnosis. Sometimes it takes a really long time before finding a doctor who understands and is qualified to make the diagnosis.
My advice is to do some research on your own, Medhelp has a nice section about Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome under the Health Topics tab at the top of the page. After that, find a way to make an appointment with a Rheumatologist. I am not sure how your health care system works in India, whether or not you need a referral or not, but insist on seeing a Rheumatologist because they are the specialists who diagnose and treat Fibromyalgia and CFS.
Also, I would suggest taking a good multi- vitamin with at least 1000mg of vitamin D3 and potassium. I have had lots of trouble with calf pains, and even atrial fibrillation from being low on potassium. Drinks lots of water and get as much rest as you can. And limit smoking and drinking of alcohol as those bad habits can make matters worse. Good luck to you and keep us updated.
