Pain is getting worse

I have had Fibro for 10 years. I am 34. I have varying pain. Some days are good where nothing hurts, and some days where everything seems to hurt. I have certain places in my body that are my 'normal hurting spots'. But lately my hips have been so bad I wake up in the middle of the night crying and can hardly walk to get Tylenol. My OTC meds are now in my nightstand. ( My pain goes down my left or hip all the way down my leg. I have found Tylenol Arthritis which helps usually). I don't have insurance and I don't know what to do. My pain is keeping me from sleeping and living my life. Does anyone have any tips? Thank you for listening.

I live in Glendale, AZ. Unfortunately there is no country doctors out here. As we live in the desert. Thank you so much for your help!

Where do you live? My mother in law has Fibro and MS. She can not get health insurance due to pre-existing conditions. What she does for pain, is she goes to see a COUNTRY doctor. She lives in Ft. Walton Beach , FL and travels to a tiny town called Bonifay ( in the middle of no where) . She see's a doctor there because he charges way less than a regular doctor, and listens to her, and prescribes the medicines she needs to function. His office is in a TRAILOR lol, but hes very nice.

Call around and see, country doctors that are actually resonably priced are a best bet. I have fibro and am losing my insurance as of April. I will be moving from Chicago to Florida, 1. for the nicer weather and 2. for the cheap doctor

Also, since these doctors here in Chicago REFUSE to prescribe any pain medications that help, I use marijuana... I know it's not legal here.. but it helps, mixed with some tylenol PM at night, or tylenol arthritis during the day. :)
