In the mornings its terrible to get up. Im stiff and tight in the back and neck.I have a memory foam pillow it helps a little but not much.I am depressed, fatigued.Taking my dogs for a walk in so draining.I also have a woozy feeling to.These are just some of the symptoms i have.I am only 20 and i feel so old.

As a young person the last thing you want to hear is to change your diet and lifestyle. However , nothing else will make a difference unless you want to be on meds long time. I have fibro for 21 years and only in the last 7 months have I buckled down and eliminated red meat, oxalates, and lowered the sugar in my diet. A world of relief is the response , but it didn't happen over night . The improvement continues. I had your symptoms and on a scale of 1-10 my pain and stiffness was often a 12. Now I'd say it is a 4 now  and I hope to continue to improve.  Stress  is a factor so try to keep stress at a low level. Good Luck.

Hi, have you seen a rheumatologist?  They can test you for various forms of arthritis and autoimmune diseases.  If they come back OK, then it could well be fibromyalgia.  Also you should see a neurologist and get your spine checked.  If you have disc problems, neck (cervical spine) issues or herniations, it could cause all of the pain you mentioned.

Don't give up until you find out. You are too young to live this way.  Just keep trying.
