Where do I go

As I live in Kent, I would like to know how and who I can go to to see if I have Fibromyalgia, my doctor mentioned I may have had this two years ago, and had been perscribed lyrica to help me, but didn't really go into detail whether I really have/had it, although I feel I have the symptoms. There wasn't any mention of any other help.

I do suffer with rheumatism in most areas knee, neck, spine and hip, but have aching shoulders, legs, calves, hands and I suffer with headaches, extreme tiredness, together with irritability and larthagy due to sleep deprivation.  Can anyone give me any advice on this please.
