advice would be appreciated

Background:
31 years old. Female. No health problems until after delivery of my first child. Had an epidural during labour that didn't stop the pain. Afterwards I had numbness and pain in both hands and severe lower back ache ( very painful even to the touch) These symptoms are worse some days and not too bad others. 5 months after delivery, I had my first attack- vision changs in both eyes (hard to explain- almost like a choppy film clip, along with dicomfort) also had aches and pain- flu like symptoms without a fever. Got so bad I went to emergency. CT scan and blood work. Everything was fine. Went to a neurologist for possible MS. Physical exam. Told me to come back if it happened again. After 3 weeks eyesight returned to normal. Energy level returned. Back and hand pain remained.1 year 4 months later it happended again.
This time I have felt this way for 2 1/2 months with no signs of recovery. The  "choppy" vision has gotten a little better but still have discomfort around my eyes  and have a foggy feeling.  I had a MRI (MS protocol)
which reads " probable mucous retention cyst right maxillary sinus. mild mucual thickening of the ethmoid air cell.. Small area of moderately increased T2 and flair signal at left frontal white matter. CSF-type signal at right lower basal ganglis-most compatible with Vischow-Robin space. " My neurologist said that I don't have MS. That it is anxiety. Good-bye. Eyes were tested. It is not eye disease.
I don't know what to do next. I am not getting any better. I know that it physical not all in my head. I thought that it might be fibromyalgia.
If anyone has had these symptoms or has any advise I would GREATLY appreciate it. Thank you

We have some useful information about Fibro in our Health Pages section that might help you understand it a bit more.  As kariellen commented, it could be allergic reactions due to things in your environment so an ENT would assist in that area.  It's difficult to say, but if you feel you may have Fibro you could contact a Rheumatologist for further testing.  They seem to have ruled out a few illnesses already and it's great that you don't have MS.

Wishing you the best and some relief soon.

Check on Aspergillosis and Candida, both of which present problems you have listed above.  See a GOOD Ear, Nose & Throat Doc.  I went through the EXACT symptoms you had...
