beware MSG and its other names

http://www.holisticmed. com/msg/msg-food.txt
check out this article if you have time - or - just avoid msg!
it's just happened to me - i just had a meal from the chinese store (oh, bad idea), and my heart rate has gone up to 100 and i am a little short of breath. i fear I may be sore and achey tomorrow for a few days. this is a definite direct link because it's the only thing i've eaten just now, and today has been a relatively brilliant pain-free day with little fatigue or brain fog.
just wanting to share this.
the rest of the meal is going in the bin and i might take some betablocker now.

Definitely.  I'll check out the link.  People with migraines, and many with FM do have migraines, also need to avoid MSG like the plague it is.  I avoid the packaged and processed foods like the plague, too, as the other preservatives in them really bother my whole body, too.  Here is another helpful link to only provide extra information.  I had learned about Tyramine Intolerance and migraines from someone else's post, which led me to do some research and finding this very useful website about food sensitivities.  It mentions a lot of those foods that I have to avoid and why.  Fermented anything is known to trigger migraines.

I have recently stumbled onto this discovery myself!

I'm working to eliminate as much artificial food additives as possible.

When I follow through and eat right, I feel sooooo much better!

Thanks for sharing the article.
