lax Hip joints, excruciating pain, Rheumatological?

My daughter since she was a toddler has had loose joints and could "pop out" her hip, knee, ankle, wrist, finger joints.  Now at 18 years she has been having excruciating pain in her left hip with it frequently "popping out" and causing her to fall.  An orthopedist was giving her steroid shots into the hip area where the nerve is and giving her Percocet which doesn't even help at all. He says she has Meralgia Paresthetica and MRI and CT scan show nothing but thickened nerve and soft tissue damage, swelling in the area. She has had a rapid weight gain of almost 100 pounds in the last year 3 years despite careful diet, medical supervision and intense exercise programs. She rapidly developed huge stretch marks within a few months. She was worked up for Cushings sumptoms and it was negative.  She has Polycystin Ovarian Syndrome and is on Metformin. an ER doctor who she saw this week for extreme pain in the hip said he felt she should see a Rheumatologist.  She has been worked up for Lupus and had had 3 ANAs come back positive, but not Lupus.  She has almost become crippled by this hip problem and pain and pain meds and Neurontin do nothing to help. Her fatjher has Multiple Sclerosis and I am desperate to find out what is wrong with her.  She is becoming very depressed to be so sick at such a young age.  She also has IBS.  Do you see anything about all her symptoms that could indicate something?  I am a nurse, but I feel totally helpless to help my daughter and I feel that throwing Percocet at her that doesn't help at all is hopeless.  Can you please suggest something?

It could be a possibility of hypermobility, or fibromyalgia
