The start of Fibromyalgia?

Hello everyone!

I am Zach, 24, and I have always been someone who has paid too much attention to my health, when one thing feels "off", I go off lol.

For about the past week I have been experiencing random pains around my body. Being active I am sure some of these pains can be contributed to that.

These pains come and go very often, it could be in my toe for moment and then transitions to my elbow and so on. They never last long and there seems to be no pattern or trigger.

The pains are maybe a 2/10 on pain scale and if im occupied they go unnoticed.

Should I be concerned about these pains? Truth be told I am a hypochondriac and can take something small and run with it.

As of now,
I have no stiffness
No tinder touch or tinder points (im constantly pushing around my body to look for them).
No fatigue
Really the random pain is the only real thing happening.
Weather chances do nothing
Nor does rain,
Also I still exercise and get no pain from exercising.

I understand that fibro is progressive but I can't just help but think this is the first step of what is to come.
