Always tired and sore

For the passed 4 years I've always been tired and sore...every time I do something that requires labor it takes me a couple
days to recover, does this sound like chronic fatigue? It all started with what I thought was a panic attack at the time then followed by a couple of weeks with what felt like the flu...and since then I've been having problems with widespread pain fatigue that never seems to go away?

Thanks for the advice acker, somedays I want to stay in bed but that just isn't an option for me. Stress is an everyday part of life for me and it definitely affects how my body n mind deal with problems! I just find it hard to believe that a persons body can change like that out of no where practically overnight!

sounds like it in the way that it started - with something fluey, and fatigue that doesn't go away for this length of time.
just make sure it doesn't get worse, to the point you can't even get out of bed.
drlwilson .com has some good info on adrenal fatigue... if you were under significant and prolonged stress prior to becoming ill, this is typical of cfs
just don't overdo things, for the best prospects of recovery. good luck
