Hi! My name is Melinda. I am new to this. I get terrible knee pain. Basically, I just take Oxycodone and stretch my knees out. I wish this pain will go away, but I know it will never will. I try not to think of the pain. It eventually will get better.
Hi there!
Knee pain in fibromyalgia is usually referred pain originating from hips, thighs or back. There is no cure for fibromyalgia. It needs to be managed appropriately so that the person is able to perform his daily activities effectively and the quality of life is not affected.Tynelol is the safest analgesic for knee pain. If it is not effective muscle relaxants and antidepressants can be prescribed for knee pain. Stay as light as you can. You can also try doing some exercises for the knee joint after consulting your doctor. Also look out for any associated conditions like rheumatoid arthritris, osteoarhthritis, restless leg syndrome, lupus etc.Do keep us posted.
Take care and regards!
