Bubble on top of foot after runing (not blister)

its very hard for me to run because i get really bad shin splits, so intense that i can't even stand on my feet after. So i tried running through the pain, all i can do is 10 minutes (1 mile), after 5 straight days of running i noticed this bubble.

Its only noticeable if i bend my toes up. If i extend my foot so my leg is straight you pretty much cant see it aside from a slightly blueish color. There is virtually no pain, at least on in the area where the bubble is. The bubble is soft.

I kept running thinking it'll go away but its still there. I do have pain in my leg, a different kind of pain then shin splits, its more precise and seems right in the middle of my shin/bone and a little in the knee even. Its definitely more intense in my right foot (the one with the bubble) then my left. But there is only pain when running/jumping. Sometimes I slightly feel it when walking down the stairs but its very light, maybe its even in my head.

Help.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
the bubble may be a cyst/ganglion.  try having it aspirated by a podiatrist to sample what this  may be
