3 nissen fundoplications

Has any one else had three nissen fundolplications?
In 2007 I had my first for severe GERD and hiatus hernis. This was May. In september 07 I suffered food poisoning and the pressure in my stomach made me vomit and broke the fundolplication open. I was again symptomatic. In August 08 I had heoperation redone and then in december 08 after a total hip replacement I was again symptomatic. Following investigations proed the fundolplication to be undone. I recently had my third fundolplication and the it was also done as a laproscopy like the previous two. I woke to be told that during surgery in an attempt to move liver my stomach was cut. i am now on fluids for three weeks. I am suffering from neck and left shoulder pains,,,
has anybody had anythng similar.. I am in Melbourne Australia
