Acid Reflex Symptoms Worsen with Exercise

I have had acid reflex problems for 7-8 years that I had successfully controlled with homeopathic medicine.
Since mid last year, I have been having significant problems with acid reflex and acid burning like feelings
after moderate to strenuous exercise. Now, even stomach yoga exercises lead to these symptoms. I
switched to Aciphex 20mg, 2 pills a day and tried exercising but it didn't help too much. My doctor says
my symptoms are quite unique. What can I do, to get back to exercise routine? With 2 pills of Aciphex, I could
only do brisk walk at 3.6 speed setting on treadmill. Anything faster would trigger above symptoms.

Please help.

google Steven H. Horne, Hiatal Hernia.  He tells of chiropractor or a home remedy using 1 pint of water.  The chiropractor fixed my daughters hiatal hernia and today is day 7 she is pain free.

One of my friends is a personal trainer and teaches aerobic/spin classes and she had the exact same problem!  As if that wasn't bad enough, the acid made her voice hoarse so talking the people through the class was a challenge.  She had the TIF incisionless surgery back in April 2009 because she had to keep upping her Nexium.  She says she doesn't have any reflux problems at all now.  I can ask the name of her doctor if you're interested - I think he's in Fort Worth.

I have had this in the past and I was told it was bcuz I was holding my stomach muscles tight and I have a hiatal hernia.....I was told to avoid tight clothes such as jeans ect...as that  triggers the problems.

I had an exercise regime and I would do special breathing and hold my stomach tight...and I had the same experience as u.'

Since I have modified my diet and lifestyle...I hope to soon be able to try the exercises again, but not sure of the out come.....

Do u know if u also have a hiatal hernia?
