Am new to all this as i only got Gerd like a 2 months

Its amazing to know am not alone in this fight ''  I only notice  I had bad chest pain .been to the Dr took so many test
it was amazing to know i diagnosed my own self be4 the Dr .by reading and doing research''but i have alot to know about this  GERD..so any help for a new b.will be good some time am not sure what the hell to eat..as soon as i eat stuff ill get the wicked  chest pain ..cant even lay down for a long time .get bad chest pain and lover abb pains..

i can go on and on with what i go true evey day it  so bad i can go mad ''

  Hi...we all have diff foods that may trigger our reflux/GERD so it is a good idea to keep a journal to see which urs r...and there r articles in our Health Pages with lists of foods to avoid and tips on lifestyle changes that can help.
