does anyone else here with gerd ever have burning in the back of their throat apon waking up in the morning? and also every time i swallow i fill as though im trying to get fluid down, what could that be?

Hi...when u have reflux it can cause damage to the lining of ur throat...a GI dr can tell u exactly if this has happened or what it is and give u meds and a modified diet to help repair that damage.

I know...it can affect ur voice as well...it can get raspy from this....do see a dr tho, it can be healed.
