Hi and welcome to the forum.
Since we are not medical professionals here all we can do is oofer you support and our experiences we have had with these issues.
May I ask, y u had the endoscopy done 2 yrs ago? Were u having some symptoms?
Have u had ur thyroid checked....or been to an ENT to check for a sinus issue?
I would strongly suggest u see ur dr and report ur symptoms.....also if u believe this to be gerd/acid reflux....take the OTC meds as directed and follow the lifestyle changes until u see ur dr. Our Health Pages here on MedHelp have the info that may help u find a way to reduce the acid u r producing.
Please post updates on ur progress or any other questions u may have.

My chest pain and SOB comes and goes, apparently for no reason. I am suffering from this for last 10 years. Recently it is more frequent and getting worst, I feel I can not complete my breath? It last for few hours then goes away. It comes in the morning and evening. Most of the time it is worst just after eating a meal specially dinner and will last for few hours in night. Since last months I am doing some treadmill workout. I am not sure it seems since then I am getting the SOB and chest pain symptoms more frequently. ECG, ECO and even an Angiogram done in 2001 could not find any blockage. I do have some symptoms and Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease. I thought reflux might be doing this but why in the morning with empty stomach? I am taking some heart medication and reflux medicine for many years such as Verapamil(atenenol), Aspirin and Pepsid regularly but it seems it is not working much. I am 58, married and working as IT Tech Support Analyst, sitting long hours in front of computer. Any one can suggest some treatment for this?
