Hi...I am sure it is possible.....it could be from the meds or the amout of acid that is getting up ur esophagus.

as for the feet..not so much....unless u r having a reation to the meds.

I have the symptoms like burning in feet and burning sensation on my tongue can the gerd leads to burning tongue ?

Herniation is a protrusion.....this is y I feel it could be a hiatal hernia.

Surgery is a last resort if medications don't work and u persist with chronic symptoms.

Do try diff meds until u find one that works in addition to diet and lifestyle changes.

Hi and welcome to the GERD forum.

Sounds like ur lower (L) esophageal (E) sphinter (S) is slow to react...this is a motility issue and can be aggrivated by dairy products.The herniation may be a hiatal hernia.

I have no idea what the minimal changes at G.E. ?? not sure what u meant to put there??
