GERD and multiple sclerosis

Hi,

I have GERD since 4 years. Mostly controlled.
I also have migraine which is again not so much troublesome.
I have multiple sclerosis.

For last 6 months I have severe headache and bodyache.

I have done general health check up and everything is normal except above mentioned issues.
Now I am not able to make out whether it is GERD which is giving me so much problems and probably
triggering typical MS issues. Or it is MS which is causing headache and bodyache and probably causing
triggering my GERD problems.

Please advice ...

Regards

No, I am not on any meds for MS (please dont ask why)
I went to a doc last sat and he gave some medicines. At the same time
I have cut down the night food (just few slices or bread or light rice)
For last 3 days, I am feeling much better.
It looks like diet control is the best way to avoid GERD.

Due to MS, most of my problems get amplified by 4X ...
