Heartburn after flu

Hello,
I was diagnosed with Swine flu about a week ago and I am happy to say that I am better, well at least no more fever. As I was recovering I started to develop blusters in my mouth, which were very painful, they have since almost healed but now I have the worst heartburn ever! At first I thought it was my lungs because I am young and have never had heartburn really. But as I researched and talked with my husband realized it was heartburn. It seems most painful if I exsert myself and I feel short of breath. It is so bad that I have to really slow down at work or I will regret it if I dont. when I am resting it is very mild, but as soon as I start walking around it starts to really burn. I have aten hardly anything this last week, so much so that I have lost 5 pounds, eating certain foods doesn't seem to trigger it, it is movement that is I believe. And with all this I also have nausea. My question is is this a normal thing to develop after the flu and will it go away?

Last yr after having the flu we had many new to reflux...so it is common to see this happen...I am not sure if it is from the meds used to calm the symptoms of flu or from teh flu itself.

Do speak with ur dr to be sure it is too much acid causing ur issue as too little can feel the same.

Then using meds and diet u can calm this down as well.

Good luck and do post an update on ur progress
