it is good for you that you can belched. it is also my problem that i can't expel my gas in may body. it feels that there is something stuck in my throat, chest. sometimes there is sharp pain and there is also pain in my left arm. sometimes i belch. and after that i feel good.. but acid comes back to my throat and after that my voice is different [hoarseness]. whenever i eat something, i feel dizzy a lot then heartburn attacks.
Ive had pain in my left arm for almost 2 weeks now. I hve severe heartburn but im taking lansoprazole which really helps but I think its left me with chest pain like around the breast which is probably causing my anxiety & arm pain? Who bloody knows, im jst so over feeling lyk sh!t all the tym, dctr examined me n found my left breast to be different frm the ryt so hes booked me in for a mammogram? ?? Weird! But the pain in my arm making me anxious all the time.
thank you so much. just wanna ask if anxiety or GERD can also cause the blood pressure to rise? can GERD affects the vagus nerve? i am suffering anxiety always. so hard to control. =(
Hello NIkolo... Just wanted to tell you that I also had bouts of very bad dizziness at times... It happened when the gas in my body accumulated to a rather extreme degree... as I figured out.... because if I just took time and belched like some wild animal.... which at times I have to.... the dizziness would go away... and I haven't had it now to months as I make sure I expel the gas from the digestive tract. I still have a lot of gas to deal with, daily, and mostly it is manageable, i.e. I will belch in the morning for half hour or 1 hr or so, but then can have a day that resembles normalcy. At times the gas can get very bad, to the point where chest pain develops... and if that is not alleviated with belching I have ONE remedial item that has always insured that I SURVIVE, and that is taking EPSOM SALTS. You can buy them in a drugstore, (here in Canada where I live), and I take 1 tablespoonful in a glass of cold water.. This has a laxative effect, but most importantly, IT OPENS UP THE DUCTS IN THE LIVER and brings relief.. It is very helpful to do a LIVER CLEANSE occasionally, to clear the bile ducts, gallstones and other junk from the liver. Also important to do parasite cleanses. Please consult the book by Dr. Hulda Clark '' Cure for All Diseases''. I have a copy in my pc and if you want, can send the pdf to you free. If you want it, just send me an email: immalight at hotmail *******. Also very important to figure out if you have FOOD ALLERGIES. The wheat in the bread we eat has been genetically modified to the degree that most people have some ADVERSE EFFECTS from eating it. Please consider stopping all wheat-bread consumption for 2 - 4 weeks; very likely you will feel MUCH better. Also check for DAIRY allergy. Learn how to DOWSE as you can train yourself to communicate with the intelligence of your body using the dowsing tool, and find out from the body what problem or allergy there may be..... Infinite blessings to you and all........... Imma

In deed, it sound like your acid reflux is severe. The acid reflux can lead to chest pain, sore throat, and definitely anxiety. I had severe acid reflux in the past. The acid from my stomach reflux to my esphogus and cos severe chest pain. At first, I thought I had a heart attack. Went to ER and heart check out ok. But every time my acid reflux episode, I will rush to ER due to anxiety attack. After 7 trips to ER in several months, I learned to calm myself when anxiety strike. By understanding what cos the anxiety, u should be able to control and not be scare. Take some chamomile tea to calm your anxiety. Stay away from foods that cos acid reflux. Like caffeine, spicy foods, acidic foods, red meats, alcohol, etc. Google it and watch your diet. Once u learn to control your acid reflux, u will reduce the anxiety episode. Stress can also cos anxiety. Hope this info help. If not, check w/ your doc.
