Acid Reflux? IDK.

Hi guys, the last 3 months I started experiencing heartburn and a fire sensation down my throat.  I had never had heartburn if I recall or  If I did it was not ever as bad as it is now. Almost every other day my throat is burning and yesterday it really got to me. I ate some spegetti and it was the worst decision I made because I was suffering. I was non stop burping and I felt as if I was going to throw up every time. What can I do??  Does this mean I have acid reflux? Will it go away? It makes me so upset, that I can't enjoy something without having a consequence.
