Recent recurring vomiting, abdominal pain, occasional sore throat

My 14 year old daughter has had 7 bouts of vomiting and abdominal pain over the last 7 weeks. Symptoms have varied, but all episodes involved one or more bouts of vomiting and intermittent abdominal pain, always at the navel. The first two episodes included low-grade fever, sore throat and difficulty swallowing. Last five episodes had no fever. She has tested negative for strep. One non-fever episode 5 weeks ago included stridoring, resulting in ER treatment of anti-nausea drug, decadron and epinephrine - throat x-ray and probe placed through nose by ENT resulted in "normal" diagnosis of throat and windpipe. Three days ago vomiting occurred about 12 times in an hour and a half period on a fairly empty stomache, no fever or sore throat, resulting in ER treatment of rehydration and prescription for zofran. Vomiting attacks are severe, and with little warning. Her eyes darken underneath and she is completely enervated during attacks.Abdominal pain rated at 6 out of 10, intermittent. She has been taking prevacid for 10 days and is on an extremely bland diet since the last ER visit, excluding almost all vegetables and fruit and usual reflux triggers. Any ideas about possible diagnosis and treatment is greatly appreciated. This is a new and scary problem for her. She has suffered from night terrors in the past on occasion - can there be some link there?

Has the Dr or you thought about the possibility that this "stridor" is not flu and is an anaphylactic reaction to something eaten?  A severe food allergy presents like croup and can bring on a fever as an immune response?

Just something important that came immediately to mind reading your post.

My 17yr old was in the ER with similar symptoms to an anaphylactic reaction to hidden nuts in a peach gummy ring she ate!

How long after eating do her symptoms appear?

I have a 5yr old Daughter who has 's had various blood tests done to test for H-Pylori, Celiac, Gluten Allergy all came back NEG. Then she began vomitting and her food wasnt digesting properly so they did an EGD and they did a biopsy for H-Pylori and it was positive. That diagnosis hasnt been the answer to our prayers after 2 rounds of antibiotics and the new symptom of burning in her stomach she is going for another EGD on the 23rd.  Maybe she should be tested for H-pylori?
