Hi!  You definitely need to go to your doc.  My primary sent me to a gastro doc that gave me rhinocort to spray directly on my throat.  It really helped.  I had to stop taking it because several months of using it like that can cause a fungus in your throat, but it helped to where now my swallowing is closer to normal.  Plus, the gastro doc can probably find out what caused this problem to start with.  Mine turned out to be several acid reflux related problems that I have and he is trying to treat.

Hope you feel better!

Hi...u should go to a GI dr to find out y u r having issues swallowing food so u get the right meds....

I am sure u must be aware of reflux and GERD to post here, but have u had a dx and a rx of meds?

Also, u need to modify diet and lifestyle to help the meds give u optimal benefits....
