I'd get it checked out as Selma suggests and follow her suggestions. Do you have health insurance? Have you checked with a doctor?
If you have Barrett's Esophagus like I do, it's only a pre-cancer, and those of us who have it have a very small chance of it developing into a true cancerous condition.
For your peace of mind and to determine what you are experiencing, I'd contact your doctor asap. If insurance is an issue, please privately email me and I have ideas to get you help.
Hi..there is a condition known as Silent reflux that can do this...and the sooner u go to the Dr and get treatment the better chance u have of preventing this developing into Barretts.
Left untreated and family history....nething is possible.
Go to the Dr...modify ur diet and lifestyle to help reduce the effects if u do in fact have reflux issues.Elevate the head of ur bed, do not lie down for 3 to 4 hrs after eating....avoid spicy foods, sodas, greasy foods....nething that triggers this issue...acidic foods like OJ...tomato sauce....dairy.
