what is the effect of fasting in month of ramzan on gerd and gastritis

From my experience as a sufferer for many years, unless you eat some small amount of food and drink every couple of hours it will make these complaints much worse. Work it out with your Iman and try to compromise.

Hi...u should discuss this with ur dr, but I can only imagine it will cause discomfort.

Changes in weight up or down will cause a flare up, and not eating at all can also make us feel sick as well.

I imagine it will depend on how much fasting is involved...do speak with ur dr.
