h i pilora

i did a home test which showed up an ulcer. i consulted my doctor and she did a test which showed h. i. pilora.
i took antibiotics etc
tested again it was still there. i was given different antibiotics and it was still there. just put my third sample in and am waiting for results.
i have been trying to follow the diets on here but cant eat anything without pain apart from cream cheese ice cream. full fat cream. and crisps that melt in the mouth before hitting stomach. i am living on soup which has to be liquidized. i have lost 28 lbs and am starting to look to thin. my teeth look awful. my hair loss is extreme. i have chronic fatigue syndrome which amazingly is improving.
will the ulcer go away if this test comed back ok. i have been taking iron supplements. and protein powders

in this case, google "special carbohydrate diet". It is a diet which got invented for people with huge bowel problems like H pylori, crohns and IBS. The goal in this diet is to a) kill bacteria by starving them, but not you, b) get some easy digestible nutrients back into you, c) get the inflammation down and d) change the bacterial flora so no bad bugs can survive.
Give it a test run for 1 month, and if it is not helping, you can always go back. It is also important that you tweak the diet so it suits your needs. If Honey gives you pain, kick out the honey. If you hate spinach, but love pumpkin, just switch. The diet is in guidelines, not rules.
It is however very important that you start with the intro diet, and most of the things during the first phase of the diet (for the phases look on pecanbread.com) is cooked to mush for better digestion, so it should be most gentle for your stomach.
Good luck, hang in there!
