I've had the surgery, and it's not an easy recovery.  In my case it was a complete success, I can eat anything I want now, I have no acid reflux.  However, the recovery period requires a great deal of disclipine. I also wonder how long ago you had the surgery, and also how you know you still have symptoms of acid reflux.  After the surgery, you can expect difficult digestion, but strict compliance with dietary requirements can make digestion easier.

  Hi..sorry u r still dealing with the symptoms, I have to ask how long ago u had ur procedure.....this is a major surgery, and the meds to put u under alone can add to reflux issues and can take a while to calm down. Make sure u have modifies ur diest and lifestyle to assist ur surgery and the meds u r on.

Have u been tested for H.Pylori?
