Liver Fibroscan positive post Cholecystectomy

Hi. I’m a 30 year old female. I had laparoscopic gallbladder removal in April of 2017. I have not been doing well since then. Following the surgery I sustained chronic anemia (I’ve never been anemic) which no one has been able to diagnose as well as high direct and indirect bilirubin. Indirect is higher than direct although I’ve never had positive for both until after the surgery. My wbc count was up really high a week after surgery and I was very sick but just sent home. I also had an mrcp post op at 8 months that came back showing I have unorganized fluid collection in the gallbladder fossa. When they did the surgery they discovered my cystic duct was completely strictured off (I had severe obstruction jaundice features but didn’t get the surgery for 3 months until I was close to death and 97lbs, I had an inflamed entire upper right quadrant and my gallbladder was heavily beaten and off color. I’ve still not been doing well since the surgery and no one has known why. My doctors ran a fibroscan here recently which came back positive. Could this be due to the surgery? I have seen many similar rare cases like mine end up in late mortality after the surgery because the complication or signs of fibrosis go missed or brushed off. I don’t understand why I’d have liver fibrosis this far out from the scan and still be the only gallbladder patient they’ve seen spiral downward like I have after. I was very sick before the surgery but nothing compared to what I’ve been going through since. I am on the verge of passing out most days and very weak. I desperately need to know if I’m showing signs of a late stage surgical complication and if I need to push harder to get answers or if this is all normal post gallbladder removal where Biliary strictures were present. I don’t want to end up one of those cases where it could have been prevented, but wasn’t because doctors missed key signs or brushed them off. Thanks for any advice and help in the right direction.
