Thank you, well they never did get to the bottom of it! But i have good news, and it is resolved. I thought i would post this just incase someone else had the same problem.
I just went naturopathic. I did ALOT of research, and all the symptoms i was experiencing were liver orientated at least so it seemed. Yet my test results came back "normal". That really erks me because seeing as i damaged my insides with laxative abuse and starvation for 13 years, never took a crap for that long, never digested any food, HOW would any of my organs be "normal" and functioning properly?
Also, prior naturopath specialists i went to in the past told me i had problems with inner organs, especially the liver. Researching about the liver, it became obvious every single person probably has liver problems, even if they are mild. The liver is responsible for everything, the heaviest organ in the body. So i thought, i had nothing to lose, and bought a few liver cleanse supplement programs and all body internal cleanses. I'm not sure if that made any difference, but it could have, all i know is the organic and alkaline drink i have every morning now did make a difference. I'm not getting those pains anymore and my internal bleeding and digestion is a lot better, i feel good. Alkaline helps the immune system heal itself. It heals all diseases, no matter what it is.
In naturopathy, there is no such thing as incurable diseases. But it does take major lifestyle changes and healthy living.
Here is the recipe for the alkaline drink:
Drink 2 huge cups of pure distilled water 15 minutes before making the rest of the drink, in order to cleanse your body. The water has to have no chemicals in it, no flouride, no chlorine. This will cleanse your body. I have an alkaline bio mineral pot filter.
Then either juice or blend carrots for a natural sweetener, any other seasonal fruits or veggies, apple, cayenne pepper, a green whole food supplement with blue green algae, wheat grass, ginger, lemon with a bit of lemon skin, a bit of olive oil for skin and hair, mix with another cup of water. Add a banana if you are using a blender. Bananas don't juice well though lol.
All fruits and vegetables are alkaline. Do not add any proteins or dairy to the drink or it will make it acidic. Don't eat anything for at least an hour after. This drink is packed with millions upon millions of enzymes! You have it for breakfast. Basically because it is alkaline, it will digest in a very short time period. The enzymes it has will make it so that whatever you eat later on will also be digested fast and well, because that's what enzymes do.
Hope they get to the bottom of this and you start feeling better soon.

Thank you, yeah it does hurt with movement, i will go to see if it is due to injury soon, hopefully get an x ray done too. I do tend to get lots of injuries with all the sports I do, it would make sense. I wish the doctor would have thought of that last week! I didn't think of that.
The sharp chest pains have been getting worse, really crippling, and happen like 50 times a day now, they sometimes stay for an hour in length, sometimes a few seconds. The doctor i saw last week was a different doctor but from the same office, he said it "might just be pleuritis" like it was no big deal and never ordered any tests, he said i would be fine.
He said there were no tests or treatments for it, but apparently to the internet, there is, especially depending on what caused pleurisy in the first place. They really don't seem to be very organized in that doctors clinic, so i will go try and find another doctor in a different clinic as soon as possible, because this pain is really starting to interfere with getting things done. Sometimes i feel like going to the emergency room because it gets so bad.
Doctors are starting to make me mad, the ones i have seen never seem to take me very seriously.
I don't have an answer for you, but would hope you would find and go to another doctor.
If with movement you are getting pain it is likely to be an inflammation of the skin, subcutaneous tissue or the bone. This can happen with injury, repetitive activity or an infection of the skin. Sometimes it can be costo-chondritis, inflammation of the sterna rib junction.
Haemorrhoids (piles) is the commonest cause for painless bleeding into the stool. Another cause is fissure in ano, where there is pain while passing motion with bleeding. Other causes are inflammatory bowel disorders like ulcerative colitis and crohn’s disease can produce similar symptoms. Here the walls of the intestines are swollen. Diverticulitis, infections and tumors of the colon can produce bleeding into the stools.
I would suggest you consult a primary care physician for proper evaluation.
Hope this helped and do keep us posted.
