Is this appendicitis?

About 11:30, my lower right abdomen started sharp, long lasting pains.  Almost like labor.  I took two Aleve and no relief.  About 2:30 i took two more and was finally able to doze some starting at 3:00.  Mow it is 6:00 and I'm still in have pain. My right leg started hurting/be mumbish, m right hip and my right lower back is also in pain. I have not vomited or had diarrhea nor do I have a fever.  Do I have appendicitis or is it just gas?
