Pain in the middle right section of abdomen?

Ive been to the doc  twice, i pass out, my blood pressure drops, a get nauseous, i get bloated ( no cramps at all) n cant move (because of the pain), extreme constipation, and debilitating pain in the middle side of my right side of my abdomen. Yes, the doctor found a cyst but why is the pain in the middle and not lower? And he said that the cyst  is only 6 by 4 cm so it shouldnt be bad, he said their very common and i should be fine, theirs no need to take it out. they keep putting me on morphin when i go to the hosp. or giving me pain medicine. What can i do. what is wrong with me ???
