Belching Sulfur

I have had this three times The first lasted a week.  The second was very bad and I was in Dallas, work-related.  After eating dinner, I noticed the wine list.  Sherry was $4.00 and I had some, It was good, so I had another, went to the room at about 8:00 and woke at 3:00, Went to the bathroom, and woke again at 7:00.   I felt good no stomach pain.  Several months later at home, sulfur belching.  I went to a liquor store, got some sherry, drank four ounces, and was cured shortly.  Has not recurred.  If it should I will try the Sherry again.
