Can't keep food down - consultant's prescription not working

I've had this problem for about 4 years, had 2 scopes and a manometry about 18 months ago (have a 3d one - which wasn't available last time - scheduled for the new year) - have been prescribed Nepramel for 2 months (due to finish these end January) problem is I literally cannot keep any food down at all, this has really only this bad for the past few months and is only getting worse......really looking to see if anyone has any ideas

What is the diagnosis?  A lot of people have success with golden paste made from Turmeric, fresh ground black pepper and coconut oil.  There is a group on Facebook you can learn from.  

The Rx you mention is for reflux, but what you are describing sounds more like diabetic gastroparesis.  That is hard to treat other than controlling blood sugar and eating small meals, chewed thoroughly.  Tumeric plus Nigella sativa can control blood sugar.

initially they had thought the flap between my oesophagus and stomach wasn't working correctly - I had a 3d manometry last week so waiting on the results of that - but have been on nepramel since the end of November and the condition has become chronic, I've lost almost a stone in weight in 6 weeks and literally can only keep breakfast in my stomach......
