Worried about a growth/lump on opening to anus

I'm 17 years old and around 3 or something days ago I started to notice a big discomfort in the area around my bottom, it's purple and looks a lot like the skin around the anus but swollen or inflamed. It doesn't cause a lot of pain but it is very uncomfortable that might lead me to move around a bit which can then cause stinging or pain. A day ago I started to notice a blood and leakage appearing more frequently which I think is coming from the growth as it seems to possible have a cut on it due to their being dried blood I think around it.

I'm not sure whether this could be a hemorrhoid due to my age or something different due to the amount that it bleeds. I'm also not sure whether I caused the cut due to moving around and sitting in different positions to alleviate some of the discomfort.
