Chronic Nausea and Vomiting after eating

For the past year or so I have had a problem during meal time. After eating or sometimes even after my first bite I get nauseous. Sometime I am able to control this by going for a walk or taking deep breathes but other time it is impossible and I end up vomiting my meal. After the episode I immediately feel better and am able to eat again without being the nausea. What can be causing this?

People have suggested anxiety but how would this explain me being able to eat immediately after I regurgitate

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  It might be gastroparesis which is slow-emptying of the stomach.  I would recommend a gastric emptying scan to look for this.  Good luck.

For me I had nausea and vomitting often along with upper right quadrant pain, I would vomit from the pressure on my side and after throwing up it would relieve the pressure...for me it ended up being gallbladder...
