Constant Abdomen pressure

I have this constant pressure fullness in my upper left abdomen, somewhat under ribs but not entirely. Pressure is their constantly and is worst after eating. Some foods make it entirely worst. After a heavy meal its a squeezing pressure almost and I can then feel it in my chest. With this pressure I get an itchy pressure in my throat. I been having this for years but now its getting unbearable. What could this be? also when I press down on the spot where i get the pressure, it is sore to touch

What you are describing sounds similar to what I used to have long ago when I had my colon.  About 20 minutes after eating, food, feces and gas would start pushing thru my system, then pain would increase.  I was told later that my colon was excessive and had sections that were non-functioning.  Plus I had loops where it was supposed to be straight.  In my left upper quadrant, my colon, the spleenic flucture, did a backward loop around my spleen and stomach.  Feces and gas would sometimes build up and get trapped there and my ribs, lung and kidney would hurt so much I had to stretch my left arm over my head to releave pressure.   They were never able to do endoscopy, colonoscopy or other test as colon would colapse or twist down on the left descending area.  I have not been able to eat much at a meal as my digestion is so slow.  I also have GERD where it is backing up in my esophagus, i think it is also reflux.  My Sister has hiatal hernia and problem where she can not swollow well anymore.  She has to have thickners in all liquids. She also tends to choke and aspirate liquids into her lungs and keeps getting pneumonia reoccurances.  I am just a patient and not qualified to give any advice, but I would see a doctor and mention your concerns as you stated in your message.

It seem the pressure is on top of my Stomach. I also have this lump on top of my ribs that is tender to touch and causes some pressure.

Hi, I'm an RN. I don't like to tell people what it could be, unless you have already gone to a doctor and they don't know... If you haven't definietly set an appointment up. I would think gallbladder, liver, food allergy/intolerance/digestive but further tests and a physical exam are needed.
