I'd follow up on the liver enzyme situation. How much do you weigh? Are you eating well? Taking vitamins? Resting whenever you can? Do you have a fever? Is your belly OK from the C section? With a new baby it's so hard to take care of yourself but it's a must after a Csection.  Sounds like you are have been through a lot and are run down. With a new baby we tend to be putting everyone else first and out health can suffer. Forget everything you can and take it easy and rest and baby yourself. I know it is nearly impossible to do with a new baby but it is a must. Your body really needs time to recover from pregnancy and birth especially after a C section. Be sure you eat right and take your vitamins. Sure they send you home in days and tell you you are fine but truly it takes time and rest to recover. You could be right about it being fatty liver but there are lots of reasons for increased liver enzymes, certain medications can do it or alcohol. Usually they do an ultrasound to look for fatty liver but it isn't always visible. The only "treatment" for fatty liver is losing weight and eating a very good diet low in fat and high in all the "good foods" and not drinking alcohol.

Try to rest and take care of yourself and eat well.See a specialist if you aren't getting answers, a Heptologist or Gastrologist can look into the liver situation.
Congratulations on the baby!
