Fullness of Head of Pancreas, mass on kidney...signifcance?

My sister thought she was having gallbladder attacks and so her dr sent her for an ultrasound.  Gallbladder is normal but they did see a mass (probably a cyst, dr could not feel it) on her right kidney and a "fullness" in the head of her pancreas.  She is getting a CAT scan in two days but I am worried.  Any thoughts?  She's a healthy, slim, 42 year old.

also,,,if she had undertermined gallbladder problems, well, that can lead to pancreas problems..i have a bud that is kinda going through the same thing,so i have educated mysefl on this subject to better understand his issues.
its all connected, pancreas, gullbladder, liver, and so on,and it tends to all start from one thing and flow down hill from there
