Abnormal ALT and ASL liver enzymes

I am 36 years old-100 pounds-works our 5-6 days a week-and I eat very healthy. I have always had normal blood work until today. My ALT level was 43 (anything over 37 abnormal) and ASL was 36 ( the higeag number in the normal range.
This is significantly different than My previous tests where the levels were around 17-23.

I have no idea why the change-has anyone had this before? I should also note that I don’t and never have drank alcohol.
