Gastroenterology issues

Hello Community. I am facing from weakness, indigestion  gastric, likely to vomit after intake of oil made food, weight loss from the last 2 months. I consult to the nearest Gastroenterologist and get the Colonoscopy done and in the biopsy report it only shows ileal ulcer? But my doctor is sure that I am having Intestinal Tuberculosis. And he want other test to be done . As I am having financial issues. There is a bit hesitation to do all the tests mention by him

My questions are

1. Can the CT scan and x-ray would diagnose TB which Histopathology not able to find out.?
2. Is Ileal ulcer a serious disease. Is it just an infection or Crown Disease. Is it related to ulcerus colitis?
