Severe upper right quadrant pain w/ same pain in back

I have been hospitalized 2 times in the past 4 months (1-8 days, 2-6 days) with this severe upper right quadrant pain and back pain. I have had every test in the book and no one can figure out what is wrong. I cannot sit without it hurting so bad. I feel like everyone thinks I am making this pain up. Nothing seems to help and I have not found a pain med that helps the pain subside.

HELP!

Have you seen an Endocrinologist?  Your endocrine system impacts every major organ in your body, and if just one thing is off, you have problems.  Your pancreas is in the area you are having pain, was this checked during your laproscopy?

I have had 3 endoscopies, a colonoscopy, a cystoscopy, a laproscopy. All found nothing but ulcers and gastritis which they tell me is not causing my pain.

I am about at the end of my pain threshold. I don't know what to do.

Any help anyone can give me, would be greatly appreciated.

Can you tell us exactly what tests you have had, and what they have already ruled out?  This would help a lot.
