How to care for and avoid anal tag and possible early Hemorrhoid

I have never had a hemorrhoid but I have developed an anal skin tag a few cm from the anal opening. I also think there is a small swelling, vein shaped but the same color as the skin coming from the opening. Could this be a hemorrhoid developing? And how do I avoid it advancing and/or future development? I have no problem with constipation.

I do not have access to medical care or medicine.
Thank you for any advice!

Thank you for the link. I do have hot water but no bath, might try a bucket. I know, I am not making this easier. :)

I really wish I could verify whether it was a hemorrhoid, but I have no access to a doctor for a couple of months. All of the pictures online are too advanced. I've only seen one that was small and it didn't look the same. My swelling is quite mild and I have none of the other hemorrhoid symptoms: no pain, itching, or bleeding. The only thing that alerted me was the skin tag and I don't think the swelling was there when I first noticed that. I'm afraid it is progressing.

You could try a "Sitz Bath"

No medicine needed!  Hopefully you have access to a tub and hot water!
