Chronic vomitting, constipation, nauseasness, abdominal pain and depressed

My little sister is experiencing similar symptoms and Im worried sick for her. She's only 13. Vomits up to 10 times daily, sometimes blood in vomit. She constantly has abdominal pain, and is constipated severely.  She is unable to eat or drink anything except water, which also makes her nauseas and she eventually vomits. It has been almost 6 months of sickness with no proper diagnosis. I live in a third world country and Im VERY worried that she might not receive the care she needs. I welcome any advice since she is now depressed and severely withdrawn.
