Is it GERD/acid reflux?

I've coughed, lightly, for 3 months now. I have experienced heartburn with which over the counter meds helped.
But I have a tickle in my throat throughout most of the day, and I also experience random chestpain that's more like sharp and/or a soreness in the chest. Sometimes it can be provoked by bending forward or taking a deep breath.

I've been on pantoprazol for 3 weeks and antibiotics for 2 weeks (GP's prescription), no change. My GP didn't even mention acid reflux, only that he thought it might be some kind of infection. I've had heartburn in the past, but no symptoms of acid reflux beside that.

I'm beginning to worry quit a lot. Going to see my GP once again on friday, since antibiotics didn't help.
