Jaundice!!!
Since last July, last year, i developed Jaundice without yellowing the eyes. Liver function test came normal. I do have hepatitis b but it is dormant (inactive) and the level of bilirubin is normal. My doc said the yellowish colour has got nothing to do with my liver. He couldn't figure out the cause. Has anyone experienced this symptom and got it treated? Please i need your input
Is your doctor a gastroenterologist or hepatologist? If not, get referred to one. They specialize in Hepatitis. Regular doctors do not. You need to be referred to a "liver doctor". Ask your doc to refer you if he hasn't already.
